Payment methods
International transfer: has a 3% discount, via wise or Online shipping, with direct transfer to our bank account in Europe.

The total payment for the purchase is: product + service fee + shipping, made at the time of purchase.
The products will only be dispatched after confirmation of full payment, and the EURO Turismo value will be considered at the time of purchase.
Submissions
Cost: The shipping cost is determined by weight and dimensions. Items can be shipped in a single shipment or in separate shipments, depending on the customer's choice.
Taxes and fees: All international purchases are subject to taxation upon arrival in the destination country, depending on inspection by the authorities, and if there are any extra fees, the customer is responsible.
Delivery time in Brazil: 20 to 40 calendar days.
Other countries: consult the import condition and delivery times.
Important Considerations
Authentic/original products: We work exclusively with original products, purchased in Official Stores, Boutiques, Outlets or Multibrands.
Product exchanges or returns: The customer is responsible for choosing and defining the sizes and colors of the products, that is, the company Ana Ferrari Personal Shopper provides the purchasing service, and is exempt from responsibility for product exchanges or returns.
Assistance and Warranty: Any assistance required after receipt/use of the items must be handled directly between the customer and the brand or store responsible for the sale.
